If you’re like so many men out and have found that you’re out of nowhere struggling with premature ejaculation, then you’re no doubt worried and trying desperately to find an answer to this problem.
It could be a number of issues causing your premature ejaculation but have you considered this? Premature ejaculation could be caused by the frequency of sex and the fact that you’re getting very over excited very quickly.
Lets explain further! Some men as they get older and have been with a partner for a number of years find that their sex drive dips and they don’t want or cant get aroused as often as they used to say 10 years ago. Well this in itself causes a build up or anticipation and they get excited really quickly. What happens then is that they cant contain themselves and they ejaculate far earlier than they used.
What happens as a result of that is that their partners, and possibly themselves too, are not satisfied sexually. This can lead to emotional stresses and strains in the relationship and cause a string of related problems for the man and for the couple. As a man your confidence will probably get hit hard because you suddenly feel well, that you’re not man enough to satisfy your partner. You might worry that she might leave you and or find someone else who can satisfy her. You might even begin an affair yourself just to prove you still have it going on sexually.
However before things take a bad turn for you and your relationship consider a couple of solutions to your premature ejaculation problem.
- The pause and hold method. This is where a guy practices a method where he masturbates on his own bringing himself close to orgasm. Now just before orgasm you stop and squeeze the tip of the penis until the sensation to cum goes away. Try this at least a couple of times during a masturbation session and then at the third time, allow yourself to cum naturally. Once mastered on your own you can then go on to do this when having sex with your partner.
- The use of condoms has been used to lessen the sensation of orgasm and so delay it. This might be an option worth trying.
What could also be happening is an early sign of erectile dysfunction. This is because once sexual activity gets underway a man will quickly get to orgasm so that he doesn’t lose his erection before orgasm. In this way orgasm is still achieved, even though it is achieved too quickly for adequate satisfaction.
